FITNESS CLASSES FOR DANCERS

Ballet Bootcamp: This challenging full body workout incorporates ballet-inspired moves with compound training resulting in a refreshingly new fitness experience that is guaranteed to leave your body longer, leaner and stronger!  Exercises are done at the Barre and in the centre with mats and resistance bands.  No previous ballet training required!

 

Barre:  This workout combines ballet, yoga and pilates exercises done at the barre and on a mat using props and body weight.  All levels welcome. No dance experience required!

 

Conditioning for Dancers: This class allows dancers the opportunity to strengthen their bodies in order to compliment their technical and stylistic dance training and to prevent injuries.  Will include cardiovascular and strength exercises. You don’t have to be a dancer to join this class, you will create long and lean muscles! Open to all levels!

 

Pilates of Dancers:  This unique Pilates based class takes the best classical Pilates exercises and gears them towards dancers that are looking to improve posture, placement, core strength, alignment, balance, turnout and overall dance technique.  You don’t have to be a dancer to join this class, you will create long and lean muscles! Open to all levels!

 

Yoga for Dancers: This unique Yoga based class is geared towards dancers who are looking for increased body awareness, balance, strength, flexibility while focusing on linking breath to movement. You don’t have to be a dancer to join this class, you will create long and lean muscles! Open to all levels!
