After a year of big changes and transitions at the Ballet Lounge, I'm taking some much-needed time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the holidays.
For the first time since opening the Ballet Lounge, I'll be taking a full month away, visiting Prague for the Christmas markets and spending time with family in Calgary.
Winter Break Dates
Nov 24 – Dec 21, 2026
During this time:
❅ All regular in-person and virtual classes will be paused.
❅ Private lessons will be on hold.
❅ Memberships and class passes will be suspended or extended as applicable, so you won't lose any unused time or credits.
Special holiday and New Year programming will be announced soon!
A Little Thank You
I'm so grateful for the love and support you've shown me and the Ballet Lounge throughout this past year.
Your encouragement has meant so much during this transition, and I look forward to returning refreshed and dancing with you again!
In the meantime, let's make the most of our November dancing together 🩷
With Love,
Suzy Q 💋

What Clients Say About Us
“I love the concept of the music in the Ballet Fit® classes! I absolutely adore that the community within this Dance Studio is positive and accepting. Adult Ballet Beginners are embraced and encouraged as they learn and grow.”
Mary. B,
Vancouver, BC
“Everyone at this Adult Ballet Studio are so friendly, and the teachers have a high level of expertise. They pay attention to all the details, and they give us great corrections in order to improve. Most importantly, they are so much fun to work with!!”
Kazuko. A,
Vancouver, BC
“Adult Ballet Classes give me a total workout with side benefits of coordination, brain exercise and grace. To be up for the challenge of pointe work and a conditioning class, shows me how far I’ve come. I’m curious to see how much stronger and balanced I can get!”
Alysoun. M,
