This signature class is only available at Ballet Lounge®.  This aerobic style workout uses the principles of classical ballet to tone your entire body!  This class is great for those who are looking for a fun and unique variation to the traditional ballet class.  Your experience will consist of a series of exercises at the barre and in the centre, followed by additional core and flexibility work.  This is not your typical ‘barre workout’ or adult ballet class, it is so much more!  4 Levels to choose from!


Ballet Fit™  1:  This novice level class is designed to teach you ballet while getting a great workout.  Every new session is progressive so you can learn the basics and then build.  It is perfect for beginners and for those who used to dance and want to re-visit the foundation of ballet technique.


*As an absolute beginner, it is strongly recommended that you sign up for the entire session.  If you have previous dance experience, you will have no problem doing drop in.


Ballet Fit™  2:  This elementary level class is not for beginners.  It is recommended that you have previously taken Ballet Fit (Level 1) several times before considering this class, otherwise have at least 1-2 years of dance experience.  You must be comfortable and confident with the ballet basics in order to safely participate in this class.


Ballet Fit™  3:  This intermediate class is for those who wish to challenge themselves further and learn more elaborate steps and combinations.  This class is suitable for those who have a good physical knowledge and technical skill of classical ballet technique. Consistent participation of the level 2 class is recommended before before entering this level.  Please enquire before to see if this class is the right fit for you.


Ballet Fit™  4: This advanced class is directed towards long-time enthusiasts.  It is required that you have a very strong background in ballet training before considering this class in order to safely do the technique and successfully follow the choreography.
