Contemporary Dance Level 1:  In this beginner class, you will learn to move in a creative, freeing and graceful way, while also transforming your posture and balance and improving your fitness. You’ll combine aspects of different Contemporary techniques such as Graham, Cunningham and Release. This class builds up from simple steps and techniques to fully formed routines. It’s fast and fun, but the teaching style is fully supportive and suitable for people with little or no dance experience.


DanceFIT:  Increase the FUN in your fitness!  Fun moves & fun music equals a fit body at this choreographed 360° dance-cardio workout. Improve your cardio endurance, core strength, coordination, flexibility & exercise attitude.  No dance experience necessary!


Groovazon:  This groovy dance class has a mix of old school Funk, Sizzling Jazz and a splash of Hip-Hop! No previous dance experience necessary!


Jazz Level 1:   Have fun learning the basics of jazz dance while getting a great workout that will lengthen, tone and strengthen the entire body while enhancing flexibility and coordination! Jazz shoes are optional; socks or bare feet acceptable.
